Outing Tips
- Keep diaper bag always packed: Don't pack fresh each time
- Keep extras in car: Diapers, clothes, blanket as backup
- Research facilities: Look up nursing rooms and changing stations beforehand
- Avoid nap time: Go out when baby is in good spirits
- Don't overdo it: Start with short trips, gradually increase
