Going out with baby means a lot of stuff. But if you pack the essentials right, you can travel light. Adjust based on how long you'll be out.

Outing Tips

  • Keep diaper bag always packed: Don't pack fresh each time
  • Keep extras in car: Diapers, clothes, blanket as backup
  • Research facilities: Look up nursing rooms and changing stations beforehand
  • Avoid nap time: Go out when baby is in good spirits
  • Don't overdo it: Start with short trips, gradually increase
